Bovara is a choice provider of total integrated engineering solutions – meeting the needs of today and foreseeing that of the future.
Founded in 1990, Bovara has embarked on a phenomenal, sustainable expansion journey – rapidly growing from strength to strength under the new leadership of young entrepreneur John Ayoub in 2009.
Bovara has grown organically and steadily with current headcount over 50. Bovara has a vibrant and culturally diverse employee group.
We seek to attract and retain good talent, and a long-term win-win relationship with our staff. To grow together to realise the full potential of every individual. Bovara believes in continual staff development and quality improvement in all that we do, having sponsored a few apprenticeships. Job rotation/enrichment are also encouraged where applicable.
The Company recognizes the commitment and contribution of every employee with reward and recognition programmes which includes the Service Awards, Employee of the Month and a quarterly all-staff social event.
Our technological competencies include the Steelmaster and Yawei press brakes, the Mitsubishi Electric and KERN laser cutting and engraving/embossing machinery, the Inwin copper rod/tube bending, press shearing machine, a fully
self-contained powder coating facility, welding work station; as well as capital investments in robotics.
The engineering solutions our products offer has outgrown the early busbar trunking systems in the 90s. By 2010 we’ve launched the sheet metal product range with custom built enclosures and boards. In 2012, we rolled out our temporary power site board series. While in 2013, Bovara introduced power distribution boards and in 2014/2015 main switch boards (including stainless steel switch boards). This year, Bovara reached a significant milestone, having designed and built our very own Bovara branded copper busbar switchboards. All our products come with a 1-year quality assurance.
Additionally, we are the sole authorized distributor and reseller for Contactplasma (Italy) and Salzer (Germany) switches in Australasia.
Over the years, we have earned the trust in the industry, having successfully tendered and participated in landmark projects which include the One Central Park Phase I, Broadway (residential tower with vertical gardens designed by French architect Jean Nouvel), Skypoint Tower, Lidcombe (residential/commercial) and Westfield Macquarie Shopping Centre, Macquarie Park (commercial).
As we continue to strengthen our in-house engineering team, which boasts of a finalist in the 2016 Autodesk 3D modelling international competition (the only Australian entrant to make it into the finals out of more than 1,700 submissions worldwide), we are excited about the new products with enhanced aesthetics and functionality features to hit the market place.
The Bovara mission is to achieve sustainable, quality growth continually; fuelled by a vision for a diverse
team – creating innovation, delivering quality, with great service.
